Overview

For items that exhibit issues stemming from manufacturing defects, we offer replacements rather than refunds. However, it’s important to note that we will not assume liability for any damage incurred to the goods as a result of shipping or mishandling by courier services. Should you wish to mitigate such risks, we provide the option for customers to avail of insurance coverage, but this will be at the purchaser’s own cost.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Montana Courier Guy – Attention: John 072 329 8224.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
