Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

At Ultimate Torch, we strive to provide quality products and professional service at all times. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on stock availability, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, peak periods, remote areas, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Should an item become temporarily out of stock, delayed by suppliers, or delayed during courier processing, delivery may take between 1–21 working days.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item received is materially defective due to a manufacturing fault.

  • The incorrect item was supplied.

  • The item is returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Ultimate Torch reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds are not automatically granted for:

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect expectations by the customer

  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage

  • Change of mind after shipping

  • Failure to read product specifications before purchase

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, water damage, impact damage, battery misuse, or normal wear and tear


Returns Process

If a customer wishes to return a product, the item must first be returned to:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The customer remains responsible for the item until it has safely arrived at our return facility. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Ultimate Torch will not be held liable for:

  • Lost return parcels

  • Damaged returns

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Failed collections

  • Incorrect delivery addresses supplied by customers


Inspection & Processing Time

Once a returned parcel has been received, inspected, and approved, refunds or exchanges may take up to 21 working days to process depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, courier investigations, stock availability, or administrative processing.

Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.


Manufacturing Defects

Items confirmed to have manufacturing defects may be:

  • Repaired

  • Replaced

  • Exchanged

  • Refunded at Ultimate Torch’s discretion

We reserve the right to first assess and test any product claimed to be defective before approving a refund or replacement.


Courier Deliveries & Liability

Ultimate Torch makes use of third-party courier services including Bolt and The Courier Guy.

Proof of delivery may include:

  • GPS records

  • Photographs

  • Security footage

  • Signed acceptance

  • Delivery confirmation by occupants, security personnel, reception staff, or persons present at the delivery address

Once a parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Ultimate Torch will not be held liable for:

  • Parcels left unattended at customer request

  • Theft after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses supplied by customers

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

  • Delays caused by courier operations or force majeure events

Additional shipping insurance may be arranged at the purchaser’s own cost prior to dispatch.


Abuse & Harassment

Ultimate Torch reserves the right to refuse service, communication, refunds, or future orders where customers engage in:

  • Threats

  • Harassment

  • Defamation

  • Abusive language

  • Intimidation

  • Fraudulent claims

All communication may be recorded and retained for legal and security purposes.
