This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the shipment and delivery of all orders placed with Ultimate Torch. By placing an order on our website, via WhatsApp, social media platforms, or any other sales channel, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Destinations
Ultimate Torch ships throughout South Africa and to selected international destinations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Order Processing & Fulfilment
Orders are typically processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation.
However, depending on stock availability, supplier sourcing, promotional demand, operational volume, or external supply chain factors, certain orders may require between 1–21 working days for fulfilment and delivery.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these possible fulfilment timeframes.
Ultimate Torch reserves the right to:
– Dispatch orders in multiple shipments
– Source stock from alternative suppliers or warehouses
– Delay fulfilment where stock replenishment is required
– Substitute packaging where necessary
– Prioritize orders based on operational requirements
Estimated processing and delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Pretoria & Local Deliveries
For deliveries within Pretoria and surrounding areas, Ultimate Torch may use Bolt Courier or similar same-day delivery services.
Customers acknowledge and accept that:
– Bolt deliveries may not include traditional tracking links
– Delivery communication may be conducted directly via WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, courier communication, or other electronic means
– Delivery updates provided to the customer shall constitute sufficient delivery communication
– Tracking numbers are not mandatory for local same-day courier deliveries
Where delivery communication has been provided to the customer, the customer accepts the delivery process and courier arrangement.
Courier Partners
Ultimate Torch uses trusted third-party courier providers including:
– Bolt Courier
– The Courier Guy
– PUDO
– Local same-day courier services
– Other approved logistics providers
Courier selection remains at the sole discretion of Ultimate Torch.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:
– Delivery location
– Stock availability
– Courier capacity
– Traffic conditions
– Load shedding
– Weather conditions
– Public holidays
– Supplier delays
– Operational demand
– Events beyond Ultimate Torch’s reasonable control
Ultimate Torch shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier providers or circumstances outside of our control.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for:
– Providing the correct delivery address
– Providing a valid and reachable contact number
– Ensuring somebody is available to receive the parcel
– Monitoring delivery communication sent to them
If incorrect information is provided, Ultimate Torch shall not be liable for:
– Failed deliveries
– Delays
– Additional courier charges
– Lost parcels
– Deliveries made to the supplied address
Delivery Confirmation & Proof of Delivery
Deliveries may be confirmed through any of the following:
– Photographic proof
– GPS confirmation
– Signature
– OTP verification
– WhatsApp confirmation
– SMS confirmation
– Courier driver confirmation
– Security/reception confirmation
– Phone call confirmation
– Delivery system logs
Any of the above shall constitute valid proof of delivery.
If no person is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:
– Leave the parcel at the premises where reasonably safe
– Deliver to security staff, reception, family members, employees, or any person present at the address
– Leave the parcel at a gate, garage, guardhouse, reception, mailroom, or similar area
– Capture photographic confirmation of the completed delivery
By placing an order, the customer authorizes the courier to complete delivery in this manner where reasonably necessary.
Risk Transfer
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier provider.
Once delivery has been confirmed by photo, GPS, signature, OTP, courier confirmation, or communication logs, Ultimate Torch shall not be liable for:
– Theft
– Missing parcels
– Incorrect internal handling at the delivery premises
– Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery
Tracking Information
Tracking links may be provided where applicable; however, not all delivery methods include tracking functionality.
Customers acknowledge that certain courier services, including Bolt Courier and local same-day delivery services, may operate without formal tracking numbers.
Delivery communication sent to the customer shall be regarded as sufficient delivery notification.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect parcels immediately upon receipt.
Any damaged, tampered, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to Ultimate Torch within 24 hours of delivery together with supporting photographs.
Failure to report within this period may result in the claim being rejected.
A parcel shall only be regarded as lost once officially declared lost by the courier provider following investigation.
Ultimate Torch reserves the right to investigate all claims before approving any replacement, store credit, or resolution.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Ultimate Torch does not provide refunds for delivered products except where required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Replacement products may be provided for verified manufacturing defects subject to inspection and approval.
Ultimate Torch reserves the right to repair, replace, or refuse claims where:
– Products were misused
– Incorrect charging methods were used
– Physical damage occurred
– Water damage exceeds product specifications
– Unauthorized modifications were made

Insurance
Shipping insurance may be arranged at an additional cost upon request prior to dispatch.
If insurance is not requested, Ultimate Torch shall not be liable for:
– Courier-related losses
– Theft after delivery
– Damages occurring in transit

Fraud Prevention
Ultimate Torch reserves the right to:
– Verify customer identity
– Request additional documentation
– Delay suspicious transactions
– Refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment activity
Limitation of Liability
Ultimate Torch’s maximum liability relating to any shipment shall not exceed the purchase value of the product ordered.
Under no circumstances shall Ultimate Torch be liable for:
– Indirect losses
– Consequential damages
– Business interruption
– Delayed deliveries
– Missed events
– Loss of profits
– Customer inconvenience
