This page sets out the legal terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) under which Ultimate Torch Online (“Ultimate Torch”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), which is our trademarked brand name, sells products (“Products”) listed on this website (“Website”) to you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”).

By placing an order through our Website, you confirm that:

An order confirmation does NOT constitute final acceptance of the order.
Ultimate Torch reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Orders are only accepted once full cleared payment has been received.

Refuse service
Request additional verification before dispatch
Pricing errors, technical issues, stock discrepancies, supplier issues, or system malfunctions may result in order cancellation and refund.
Product Information
While we strive for accuracy at all times:

Specifications, packaging, brightness ratings, colours, accessories, branding, and appearance may vary without notice.
Estimated lumen outputs, beam distances, runtimes, and performance figures may vary depending on battery condition, environment, usage, testing conditions, and manufacturing tolerances.
Ultimate Torch shall not be held liable for minor variations in product appearance, packaging, accessories, or specifications.
Payments
We accept online payments using approved payment gateways including Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards and other supported payment methods.
All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers.
Ultimate Torch does not store customer banking details.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse high-risk transactions
Delay shipment pending fraud verification
Cancel transactions flagged by payment providers
Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in:
Blacklisting
Legal action
Debt recovery procedures

Delivery / Collection
We process orders for approved delivery territories only.

Delivery may take between 1–21 working days depending on:

Ultimate Torch will not be liable for courier delays or late deliveries.
If no person is available at the delivery address:
The courier may attempt re-delivery
Delivery may be rescheduled

Signature
Photographs
Security/reception acceptance
CCTV footage
Courier confirmation
Products may be delivered to:
Receptionists
Security personnel
Family members
Staff members
Persons present at the address
unless otherwise instructed by the customer.
Risk and responsibility transfer to the customer once delivery has occurred at the provided delivery address.
Ultimate Torch shall not be liable for:
Theft after delivery
Incorrect addresses supplied
Customer unavailability
Failed deliveries
Parcels left unattended at customer request
Delays caused by third-party couriers
Bolt, The Courier Guy, and third-party logistics providers operate independently from Ultimate Torch.
Shipping insurance may be arranged at the customer’s own cost prior to dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are not automatically granted.
Refund requests must comply with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Products may only qualify for refunds or exchanges if:
Returned unused
Returned in original packaging
Returned in resellable condition
Returned within the required return period
Refunds are not applicable for:
Courier delays
Customer remorse
Incorrect expectations
Cosmetic packaging damage
Misuse or abuse
Water damage
Battery misuse
Improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Returned products may be:

Refused
Refund processing may take up to 21 working days after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees, courier fees, administrative fees, insurance fees, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
Ultimate Torch reserves the right to refuse refunds where fraud, abuse, excessive returns, threats, intimidation, or misuse is suspected.

Warranty Disclaimer
